- Junior Suites: 2 adults included, 2 minors stay free of charge. Extra adults (2 max)) have a daily charge of $15.00 US.
- Master Suites: 4 adults included, 2 minors stay free of charge. Extra adults (2 max) have a daily charge of $15.00 US.
Reservations for Christmas, New Year and Easter are for a minimum of 7 nights.

- All reservations require 100% payment to be confirmed.
- Payments cannot be split up between multiple parties. One party has to make the payment of the property.
- There is a maximum of 2 adults for Junior Suites. Each extra adult will have a charge of $15.00 USD daily, and $25.00 USD daily during Holiday Season. The extra charge must paid upon arrival to the Hotel. Children under 18 years old are welcome without any charge
- There is a maximum of 4 adults for the Master Suites. Each extra adult will have a charge of $15 USD daily, and $25.00 USD daily during Holiday Season. Children under 18 years old are welcome without any charge .
Policy for Minors
- Minors under 21 years old are welcome if accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for the entire group.
Cancelation Policies
- All cancellations from the moment of reservation and up 7 days before arrival date will receive a certificate for the total of the payment made valid for a year, extended to the person making the reservation; no money refunds will be given.
- Cancellations made 6 days before arrival or less will result in forfeit of total payment; no certificates or money refunds will apply. * No show will result in forfeit of total payment; no certificates or money refunds will apply.
Modification Policy
- There will be a $50.00 US dollar change fee for any changes made on a reservation after the deposit has been made, with the exception of extending the reservation.
Once your payment is processed you
will receive a confirmation voucher with your reservation details, driving
directions and the check-in instructions.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
A credit card (visa, mastercard) will be requested as a security deposit
al check-in.
ACCEPTABLE USE OF RENTAL PROPERTY
Any use of a dwelling other than residential during a family vacation must be
approved in advance by the property . Only the number of people reflected in
the Rental Agreement are permitted to over-night at the dwelling. No weddings,
parties or large gatherings are permissible. There is NO SUBLEASING of the
dwelling permitted. Any deviation from these provisions will result in
immediate forfeit of your deposit, additional charges to be paid on site and/or
eviction.
WEATHER
There are no refunds due to bad weather or hurricanes; including any
inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct hit, near miss, or
significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are by nature
unpredictable and an act of God. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel
insurance to protect their vacation investment.
